Before this work, I was a financial executive making and saving millions for billion-dollar organizations. From the outside, I looked successful. But behind the scenes, I was exhausted, burned out, and lost.

The turning point came when I begged for time off to care for my father. I finally got the green light - and he passed away the very day I boarded the plane. While I was grieving, my team won the President’s Award… and my name wasn’t even mentioned.

That moment made something very clear:

Success without freedom, fulfilment and recognition isn’t success - it’s a betrayal of self.

So I walked away. I turned pain into purpose. I built a business I love. I reclaimed my voice, my energy, my life - and I did it all in front of my daughter.
